To Enable Active X Controls in Internet Explorer 7:

1. Click "Tools" on the Internet Explorer menu
2. Select "Internet Options" from the drop down
3. Once the window is open, click on the "Security" tab
4. Click the "Custom Level..." button
5. Look for the following sections:
   • In the "Active X Controls and Plug-ins" section:
     • "Display video and animation on a webpage that does not use external media player" - Check Enable
     • "Download signed ActiveX controls" - Check Enable
     • "Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins" - Check Enable
   • In the "Scripting" section: Select Enable for all settings.
6. Save/apply all settings

To Enable Active X Controls in Internet Explorer 6:

1. Click "Tools" on the Internet Explorer menu
2. Select "Internet Options" from the drop down
3. Once the window is open, click on the "Security" tab
4. Click the "Custom Level..." button
5. Look for the following sections:
   • In the "Active X Controls and Plug-ins" section: Select Enable for all settings.
   • In the "Scripting" section: Select Enable for all settings.
6. Save/apply all settings
