Substitute Online™ is the oldest purely web-based patented substitute dispatching system in the country. Developed by educators, the software enables educators/employees to enter an absence in as little as three clicks. Priority is given to the preferred substitutes for that teacher/employee. Also included is access to the teacher’s specific lesson plan/s so that substitutes are prepared for the day before they enter the classroom.

Substitutes are notified immediately through the web/smart phones 24/7 from anywhere. Substitutes may shop all job openings. Each substitute has an availability calendar and assignment manager that they may access and adjust to meet their unique schedule. At any time they may reconcile their pay statement with their days/hours worked.

Building administrators can monitor absences and open jobs including over-riding the system in any last minute emergency. District administrators have real time reports and interface with payroll for verified leave and payroll audit trails and metrics.
