"Frontline Placement Technologies, Inc. and Substitute Online, Inc. Reach Settlement on Patent Litigation"

Malvern, PA – December 5, 2005 – Frontline Placement Technologies, Inc. announced today that it has reached a settlement with Substitute Online, Inc. and that the litigation between the two companies over Frontline’s patent No.’s 6,675.151 and 6,334,133 has been resolved.

As part of the settlement, Substitute Online, Inc. has obtained a license and royalty agreement under Frontline Placement Technologies' patented "System and Method for Performing Substitute Fulfillment Information Compilation and Notification." The significant terms of the License and Royalty Agreement are confidential.

"This settlement will enable us to focus our efforts and resources on the sale and distribution of our service offering Aesop, said Michael Blackstone, President and Chief Executive Officer of Frontline Placement Technologies. "At the same time, we are pleased to eliminate the expense and distraction of ongoing legal proceedings."
